- Our Flex Rate Compensation Plan provides an opportunity for increased pay based on the services you provide!
- Examples:
- Provide 25 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $41,200/year.
- Provide 30 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $52,500/year.
- Provide 35 hours of service each week pay equivalent of $62,950/year.
- Motivated and effective clinicians have the potential to earn more.
- Additional Earnings for in-person sessions, completing required training, treatment plan reviews and CFARS. Most of your work is in the field, and work schedules can be significantly flexible in creating a schedule that works for both you and your clients. However, some evening and weekend flexibility may be required.

Candidate Requirements:
- Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Flexibility to provide services in the community.
- Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs.
- Ability to learn and document in a robust electronic medical records platform.
