**Our new approach to selling window coverings to new homeowners is unlike any other.

Our Unique System

• You will work 5 days per week. During those 5 days, we will send you on a GPS directed daily route that's easy to follow. Your daily route will consist of New Homeowners who purchased their home in the last week. This is a highly targeted list of people who will be buying window coverings. Our average new home package is $12,000.
• During your first 60 days of training, your job will be to introduce our company to these Homeowners and schedule an appointment for one of our talented Designers.
• After 2 weeks of appointment setting, you will begin our Designer Training Academy where you will learn to perform In Home Consultation and sell window coverings.
• If you excel in this position, expect to make well over $100,000 in your first year.

We are looking for people who are looking for a career, not a job. This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

We offer:

• Hourly base pay plus commission.

To qualify for this position, you must have reliable transportation and a smart phone. We have multiple shifts available throughout the valley including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
