Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing all aspects of discovery, research, preparing motions, summarizing medical records & interrogatories.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years paralegal experience handling litigation matters
- Experience in insurance defense preferred
- Must be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ABA certification is preferred
