Adapt is currently recruiting for a Part Time UA Technician to join our Opioid Treatment Program!

Hours: Monday- Friday 5:30am-11:30am.

The UA Technician will monitor collection process of client UAs and document the UA encounter in the client’s electronic medical record (EMR).

Duties include:

• Conduct UAs on clients
• Completion of chain of custody and all accompanying documentation
• Proper handling and packaging of sample for transport
• General office work including collating and organizing client files, answering phones
• Interacting with client population to refer them to needed services
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon driver's license

The successful candidate will be able to fill out paperwork accurately and provide excellent customer service. Come join our growing team!
