Chevrolet of Watsonville is a growing family-owned business that is looking for a qualified Parts Delivery Driver / Shipping Receiving. We strive to make long-lasting relationships this means we hire qualified caring employees that strive to do their best so the car is fixed correctly the first time.

We currently offer Monday through Friday work schedules along with vacation, sick time, and paid holidays. Pay is hourly and we offer Medical, Dental, and vision after 30 days. Ancillary insurances provided by American Fidelity and 401K through Empower.

Duties will in include but will not be limited to;

· Check in freight. Post receipts into computer system.

· Collect parts counter tags and purchase orders from delivery board.

· Load parts in truck, secure all packages in bed of truck that may shift or fly out.

· Deliver parts to customers and collect COD amounts, have customers sign charge invoices.

· Pick up parts from other dealers and suppliers.

· Pick up parts returns from wholesale customers. Get copy of original parts tag when available.

· Upon returning to dealership, put returned parts in returned parts bin in w/house. Bring copies of returned parts documents with the parts returned highlighted (in orange) to parts department. Put in box next to fax machine.

· Reconcile payments and documents with cashier.

· Keep parts truck fueled and check fluid levels once a week.

· Clean parts truck when needed.

Qualifications

· Valid driver license and clean driving record

· Strong hand eye coordination with good hand dexterity

· Punctual and Reliable

· Collaborates well with others in a team setting

· Strong Communication Skills

· Excellent customer service skills
