Physical Therapist I, CF
$50,409 - $74,784 Annual Range (.80/32hr week)
Under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief of Rehabilitation, the Physical Therapist I plans, evaluates, and implements appropriate physical therapy treatment for inmates based on best practice standards. Essential job functions include: Observing any physical changes in the patients and reporting to physicians and others concerned; providing clear objective documentation; participating in quality improvement projects with the interdisciplinary team and the rehabilitation services division; maintaining the treatment room and equipment in sanitary condition; and ordering necessary equipment and supplies.
Pursuant to the updated Public Health Order (CDPH) and current federal guidelines, all staff assigned to this post/position may be required to show evidence of full vaccination and booster for COVID-19, absent an approved reasonable medical or religious accommodation precluding them from vaccination.
