Job description

We are currently seeking an energetic part-time physical therapy receptionist who will be responsible for customer service, scheduling and basic clinic maintenance. We are a state of the art physical therapy practice located in the Medical Arts Pavilion directly behind Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro, NJ.

Responsibilities

-Collecting co-pays, deductible payments and insurance checks
-Scanning medical records and filing

-Organizing charts for the following day
-Basic clinic maintenance
-Collecting payment for DME (durable medical equipment) purchases

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of health insurance preferred
• Good knowledge of computer skills, familiarity with WebPT a plus

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills necessary
• Must be available Monday through Thursday, 3:00-7:00
