The total culinary experience is a critical component of the organizational fabric – the food, the dining experience, the positive engagement with staff.
The waitstaff is primary responsible for providing prompt and accurate table service.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the set-up and clean-up of the dining room and related service areas in accordance with the PM Dining Room Service guidelines.
• Serve dinner in accordance with the Dining Room Service Priority guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly dining room and related service areas.
• Assist in the restocking of all food and non-food items during mealtime.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS*

• Experience: Previous food service-related experience preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Standing, lifting, walking, and carrying.
