Position/Title: Prince Store Customer Service Representative (1 fulltime openings)

Department: Retail – Store Operations

Airport Retail Group is looking for a dynamic team member to provide exceptional customer service at our Prince store. As a multifaceted artist and performer, Prince’s music continues to inspire millions around the world. This store provides a unique opportunity to shine a light on Prince’s remarkable cultural contributions. It has become a “must-stop” for both existing and new fans as they journey through Minnesota.

This position is responsible for achieving individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

The Prince Store is an award winning retail location that features distinct officially licensed merchandise and collectibles, including apparel, music (CD/vinyl), books, accessories, art prints, and posters. The store acts as a gateway to Prince’s legendary creative sanctuary, Paisley Park, located a short drive from the airport in Chanhassen, MN.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual Sales goals
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards
• Adhere to visual merchandising and housekeeping standard
• A willingness to work in different store concepts as staffing needs require
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Work independently to serve guests
• Handle refunds, returns and exchanges with a focus on timeliness and customer service
• Operate the cash register

Requirements / Experience:

• 2+ years of specialty retail store experience
• Willing to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends and some holidays
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Skills / Other

• Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems in a timely manner
• Ability to express oneself clearly and persuasively when making sales
• Ability to handle money and operate the cash register correctly

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to work on your feet all day
• Walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder if necessary
• Lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis

• Store sales floor
