PRN Physical Therapist - Home Visits

Snyder Physical Therapy is currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in the home health setting.

Snyder Physical Therapy opened in January of 2019 and is rapidly growing and becoming the leading physical therapy clinic in our area. Our mission here at Snyder Physical Therapy is to provide the highest quality care to help people live their lives to the fullest without limitations. We pride ourselves not only on our excellence in the field of physical therapy but also on our extraordinary customer service.

We have concentrated our services in the outpatient physical therapy setting where patients come to our outpatient clinics, but we are now expanding to offer services in the home. We are a private practice outpatient company and not a home health agency dealing with “homebound” patients under Medicare part A. These services are still considered outpatient with regards to rules and regulations but just performed in the patient’s home instead of an outpatient clinic, therefore there isn’t the lengthy documentation required under home health agency guidelines. This will allow you to spend more time with your patients and less time documenting.

Applicant must:

• Be caring and compassionate

• Be a strong team player
• Have experience as a physical therapist
• Have a valid PT license in Pennyslvania
• Active CPR certification
• Have a valid drivers license

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
