Now hiring for Production Associates to join our team performing sewing machine and non-sewing machine operations as we convert specialty cut fabric into high quality turnout gear. The hours are 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM on Friday and OT every other Saturday from 6:00 AM - 11:00AM.

Candidates who have experience with: stitching/sewing, machine operation, inspection, measurement skills, crafting and hand assembly skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Production Associates are needed for the following areas:
Stitching (Sewing Operators)
- Machine Operator roles (Snapping, Seam Seal, Automated Stitching, Trim).
- Material preparation, Labelling, Inspection, Matching and Final packaging.
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Have basic knowledge of computers or tablets
- Sewing Operators must be able to sit for full shift
- Non-Sewing Operators must be able to stand/walk for full shift
- Able to assist in team lifting of approximately 30 pounds
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
- Previous experience in Quality Control and Inspection desirable
