Job description

Please note** our company specializes in flood cleaning (not restoration), renovation cleans, deep cleaning, housekeeping and Airbnb cleaning (mostly Airbnb). This includes random scheduling but very flexible. Candidate must have reliable and available transportation. We have properties in the high desert including 29 Palms, Landers, Joshua Tree, Pioneertown and Yucca Valley. We do not accept properties in locations other than the ones mentioned. household:

· Washing soiled linen, as well as spot treatments. Spot treatments include show pillows and throw blankets.

· Proper staging of all linen, including making beds and additional linen.

Bathrooms:

· Clean inside/outside of toilet entirely. Clean behind toilet, on the floor as well as baseboards.

· Wipe down trash can inside and out as necessary. Place extra bag at bottom of bin and place new bag inside, neatly.

· Wipe down window seals, baseboards and any dirty areas visible on walls.

· Remove all items from shower and throw away any unnecessary/not belonging to the home. Clean and refill soaps.

· Clean mirrors and glass shower. Remove all water spots, lint, fingerprints, smudges or streaks.

Bedrooms:

· Dust surfaces including décor, TV, etc.

· Wipe down window seals, baseboards (withing reasonable time frame), as well as any food spills, or fingerprints visible on walls.

· Stage furniture for next guest.

· Wipe down headboards, bed rails, window seals, baseboards, and any dirty areas visible on walls. Clean all surfaces (does not include marks on walls), including lifting objects to clean underneath and disinfecting.

· Clean mirrors. Remove all fingerprints, smudges, or streaks.

· Make bed and check underneath for trash and debris. Vacuum under bed when applicable.

· Change duvet covers every clean.

· Wipe down furniture and disinfect.

Living Rooms:

· Dust surfaces including décor, TV, etc.

· Wipe down window seals and tracks, baseboards (within reasonable time frame), and clean any food, spills, fingerprints visible on walls. Stage furniture for next guest.

· Clean all surfaces (does not include marks on walls).

· Clean mirrors and remove all fingerprints, smudges and streaks.

· Wipe down furniture and disinfect.

· Stage couches and additional furniture/décor.

· Check under couches (not the cushions) for food, trash, dishes, etc.

· Clean all glass doors (does not include regular windows).

Kitchens:

· Clean all surfaces.

· Clean mirrors and remove any fingerprints, smudges or streaks.

· Wipe down furniture and stage accordingly.

· Stage chairs and table and disinfect all surfaces.

· Remove all food, trash, dishes, etc.

· Clean all glass doors (does not include regular windows).

· Dust all surfaces.

· Sweep out cupboard where trash bin belongs/behind trash bin.

· Clean all glass with glass cleaner and stainless steel with stainless steel cleaner.

·

· Wipe down window seals, baseboards (every other turn) and any visible dirty areas on walls.

· Front face spice cabinet labels.

· Tidy up cupboards and remove all unnecessary items. Make contents of cabinets look presentable.

· Keep cupboards, drawers, and cabinets simple and clean, inside and out.

· Clean appliances and microwave. Polish stainless steel as necessary.

· Clean all surfaces. No crumbs, spills, grease, or food (including kitchen table, countertops, walls below cupboards and above countertops).

· Wipe down all appliances inside and outside. No grease splatters, dust, food, or fingerprints. Includes refrigerator, toaster, oven, coffee maker, etc.

· Clean sink. Never leave food particles. Wipe clean all stainless-steel surfaces with proper stainless-steel polish.

· Clean refrigerator and freezer inside and outside. No crumbs, spills, leftover food or opened items. Unopened drinks can be left.

· Always leave dish towel hanging over oven handle.

· One extra roll of paper towels under the sink and one in towel holder. Leave trash bags under sink for guest access.

Supplies:

· Disinfect/Refill: salt, pepper, coffee, creamer, tea, etc.

· Disinfect/Refill: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.

· Disinfect/Refill: all hand soaps and dish soap.

· New sponge each guest (eco-friendly: we recycle old sponges).

· New trash bag in trash bin. Keep roll under sink for guest.

Floors:

· All floors are vacuumed each turn and hard surface floors are mopped or steam mopped accordingly.

Outside:

· Pick up any visible trash (cigarette buts, cans, etc.).

· Check front yard, back yard, and side yard.

· Stage furniture for new guest.

· Wipe down furniture and tables (bird poop, cup rings, spills, etc.).

· Maintain barbeque.

· Water plants.

· Put trash bins out to designated trash location for removal services.
