Project Coordinator I

CBE, Inc., one of the nation’s largest distributors of convenience store point of sale and video surveillance systems is seeking a Project Coordinator I to be located in our Montgomery, AL corporate headquarters.
As a Project Coordinator I , you will provide support to the Project Coordinator II to ensure smooth and timely project completion. Responsibilities included, but not limited, to the following:

As a Project Coordinator I , you will provide support to the Project Coordinator II to ensure smooth and timely project completion. Responsibilities included, but not limited, to the following:
- Work collaboratively with the project managers and team to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with the project team, contributing to the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate efforts within the team and with outside consultants efficiently.
- Report updates verbally and in written form to management.
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.
- Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good speaking voice, excellent command of the English language.
- Intermediate computer skills to include MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to effectively learn and navigate proprietary service call management systems.
- Ability to work through multiple data points to identify challenges in coordinating service work for technicians.
- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to identify potential challenges in a timely manner and develop and implement appropriate resolutions.
