JOB TITLE: Project Manager (5 yrs. minimum experience)

COMPENSATION: Salary

SUMMARY: The Project Manager’s responsibility is to quote, manage and sell projects for Goodgame and to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. In the performance of this function, it is the Project Manager’s responsibility to protect and promote Goodgame Company, Inc. interests in all matters and to do whatever is reasonably necessary to discharge his duties and responsibilities which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site staff and to promote a positive project morale.

DUTIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Have personality and salesmen ship to sale construction work to customers.

• To have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, each Subcontract, the contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and to assist in the development of the on-site procedures.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Project, Word and Excel.

• To examine the contract drawings, specifications and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and to bring these to the attention of the Owner who will review them with the Architect.

• To assist the Owner and the Scheduling Manager in the development and refinement of the Project Schedule, and to keep the schedules properly updated, and to see that the job meets the various required dates.

• Conceptual estimating skills for construction and industrial projects.

• To plan and review the Construction Program including quality control procedures, scheduling, safety and security practices, field office location and layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment and manpower.

• To verify that each Subcontractor has completed his contractual requirements as condition precedent to beginning his work at the jobsite. This includes a Certificate of Insurance, a fully executed Subcontract, a Schedule of Values, and a

Safety Program.

• To cooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of the inspection agencies, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.

• To chair weekly coordination meetings and monthly safety meetings with the subcontractors and to issue typewritten minutes as a result thereof.

• To review and approve, on a weekly basis, all as-built prints.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF TOOLS & POLICIES:

Each employee is required to provide their own set of hand tools, belts, tool bags, sledgehammer, hard hat, safety vests, steel toed boots, rubber boots, work gloves and other personal tools needed to perform daily tasks as required. The

Company will provide all power tools and personal safety gear (PPE).

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to function with uncontrolled environmental conditions (weather change and job site conditions).
• Be able to lift to 75lbs, routinely 50lbs.
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and reaching to perform everyday job tasks.
• Ability to work different shifts, long hours (8-12 hours) and weekends as needed.
• Must have good vision, stamina, and good hand/eye coordination.

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:

• All employees are required to have an up to date CPR/AED certificate
• 30-hour OSHA training
• LEED AP or LEED training is encouraged

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
