We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects in the multifamily and commercial sectors. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Oversee project progress and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
  • Manage project risks and proactively identify and address issues
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of multifamily and commercial construction projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites
