Be a part of the fastest growing Real Estate Company on LI! Seeking Part-Time Weekend Administrative Asst for our Sayville Office location. Must possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented, tech savvy and have strong work ethic and reliable. Candidate must be able to multi-task between daily tasks and juggle on demand requests from sales agents.

Day to day responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing transaction paperwork and assisting in day to day operations of the office. Candidate should enjoy working with all different personalities and have an easy going nature. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and general knowledge of computers a must. Real estate office or Administrative experience not necessary.

On-site training.

Job Type: Part-Time Weekend Saturday ONLY

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
