As a change management consultant, you’ll use your expertise to help your team assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop training for key public health systems. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with working in a professional environment

  • Experience with multi-model technical training content design, development, and delivery

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams

  • Knowledge of IT or data analytics, troubleshooting client technical issues, and providing root cause analysis and technical support

  • Ability to translate complex or technical information and ideas into consistent training products, with clear and concise language

  • Ability to perform data analysis and data gathering

  • Ability to travel to jurisdiction sites to conduct in-person training or working sessions, as needed

  • Ability to facilitate working groups or training sessions

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a public health setting

  • Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a consulting environment

  • Experience with Section 508 requirements

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate

  • Experience with providing help desk support

  • Experience with learning evaluation

  • Ability to be a self-starter, while managing multiple competing tasks

  • Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
