Underground Printing (UGP’s) Mission Statement is to help bring customer communities to life through custom branded apparel & merchandise.

We produce all of our printed apparel in our production facility in Michigan & with 172,000 SF of screen printing and embroidery production and over 250+ employees. We serve both B2C and B2B customers such as non profits, retailers, and Universities through our store and office locations across the United States. Additionally we help brands and licensors sell online both through company branded and marketplace websites.

We're looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, entry-level Quality Control Associate at our Ypsilanti production facility and warehouse!

As a Quality Control, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Performing inspection of all finished products.
• Reporting any problems with finished products, writing a detailed description of the problem, and understanding and applying company quality standards to all products being inspected.
• Team work and the ability to read and interpret job tickets, production notes, packing lists and basic math, along with great attention to detail are all required.

This is an entry-level position with room for advancement! Prior experience in a production environment is not necessary. This position starts at $15 an hour with the opportunity for advancement every 6 months up to $20! We provide on the job, paid training!

Ten days of paid time off* and 7 paid holidays are given to all full-time Team Members, with the opportunity to earn raises, promotions and additional PTO (*Prorated if start date is after April 1st).
