The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the various inspection processes and the activities of the quality inspectors. This position will require supervising 1-10 people and will report to the Quality and Safety Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Oversee quality employees and assigning quality duties
• Assist with training of new hires
• Work with production and other departments to resolve quality issues
• Keep and enforce the neatness and cleanliness of work areas
• Keep team on-track and working with good communications and positive behavior
• Review and approve timecards for assigned employees
• Participate in process improvement exercises
• Adhere to and enforce Raycap Policies
• Work with Quality, Environmental, H&S employees to ensure and maintain compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards of Quality
• Has the obligation to be aware of and comply with environmental, safety policies and regulations and always endures duties of high-quality standards
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to read and interpret 2D prints and work instructions
• Follow and carry out assigned tasks in an organized and effective manner

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite and Outlook software
