Heartland Restaurant Group, a fun and growing franchisee of Dunkin' is seeking a Receptionist with a dynamic personality and accomplished organizational skills to support our corporate office.


Responsibilities:


Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors to the appropriate person/conference room.
  • Professionally answer a multi-line phone system and properly screen and direct all incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.


Office

  • Performs a broad range of professional and personal administrative support duties to ensure that the office and related work are being managed timely, efficiently, and effectively
  • Plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload
  • Identifies and coordinates scheduling requests through the maintenance of conference room calendars to facilitate workflow and meeting activity
  • Coordinates the requisition of office supplies and equipment
  • Facilitate internal communications as needed
  • Maintain inventory of New Hire Boxes and build as necessary
  • Maintain MIT Binder with direction from Training Department.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Provide support to office staff and operations
  • Other duties as required


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional organizational, proofreading, written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict time constraints and consistently meet assigned deadlines
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of Management and prioritize requests appropriately to achieve optimum results.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in core MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Detail oriented self-starter with demonstrated ability to interact and communicate appropriately and professionally with senior management and Company employees at all levels
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with a professional, friendly attitude in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, work well individually as well as in a team environment, easily share appropriate information, act as a problem solver and readily support colleagues as appropriate
