Job description

PURPOSE OF JOB: Performs the recruitment, selection, placement and orientation functions to meet the staffing needs of the hospital, in compliance with hospital policy, federal and state law.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

-Recruitment, Manager relations, follow up, administrative duties- 65%

-Applicant screening – 30%

-Other HR duties as assigned - 5%

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 2 years recruitment experience required. 5 years Healthcare Recruitment experience preferred. Social Media recruitment highly preferred.

Other Skills:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.

-Marketing / sales ability, planning, management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
