Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to assist with attracting and retaining licensed agents for the Gallagher Enrollment Solutions team. This role will be heavily involved in the interviewing and onboarding process of licensed agents.

This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
  • Primarily focused on providing support to Sales and Account Management team on activities related to recruiting, hiring, marketing, sales, and service of client and prospective client accounts.
  • Participate in hiring events, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.
  • Coordinate multi-stage interview schedules including in-person, telephone, offsite and video.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, returning calls and/or emails and generating standard weekly/monthly reports.
  • Staff at this level work under direct supervision and generally perform work for clients of low to moderate complexity, with little discretion or decision-making capability.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 1 year minimum of client coordination and/or claims management experience.

Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
