Our mission at Audubon Home Health is to provide outstanding, high quality healthcare services to our patients and to referral sources within our coverage area.

Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana RN License
- Two years of nursing experience
- Able to exercise initiative
- Able to use critical thinking skills
- Able to be flexible
- Have a reliable vehicle with active driver's license and insurance
Preferred:
- One-year experience in home health
- HCHB experience a preferred
