The LOCAL Public Eatery Accelerated Leadership Program is a fast-tracked leadership exploration program for those with skills to offer from previous experiences. Throughout this program, you will learn within Operations how to effectively run a multi-million-dollar business while working on your skills in people and leadership development. You will gain an understanding of how LOCAL Public Eatery leads-through people within a fun, energetic, entrepreneurial environment. Our goal is to provide you with the training and education you need to feel empowered to grow and learn.

As a Service Leader, you will directly impact the success of your business by delivering an unexpectedly memorable experience and value for the community and your Partners (employees). Here, you will have a voice in the direction and growth of the business and the ownership and freedom to reach your goals. We live by the motto “It’s your Business.” In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and mentoring a dynamic and fearless team of individuals. Being their mentor means that you will dig deep into personal exploration to uncover potential they may not see in themselves. Together, you strive to create an unexpectedly memorable offering for your guests and community.

Annual Salary Range

$65,500 - $130,000 per year

Duties

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means!
• Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment. It’s Your Business.

• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team.
• Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution.

• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
