What you can expect:

As the RN Clinical Program Coordinator OB/GYN, you will have direct and indirect patient care responsibilities with the primary responsibility being oversight and development of the OB/GYN Clinical Program.


How you will make an impact:

  • Provide oversite of day-to-day operation of the OB/GYN Clinical Program
  • Complete documentation of reports and clinical services provided with a high level of detail and thoroughness
  • Provide direct supervision to Medical Assistants within the OB/GYN Clinical Program and coordinate directly with providers and vendors for patient care.
  • Oversees administrative compliance for ongoing OB/GYN patient care
  • Develop and implement new Group Pregnancy Program within the OB/GYN Clinical Program
  • Direct clinical services and education for patients who are seeking OB/GYN care with autonomy
  • Adhere to OSHA standards in delivery of care to all patients
  • Participate in Quality Improvement process via data collection, evaluation of results, and implementation of recommendations
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Medical Director for Reproductive Health.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with one year of experience working in Women’s Health
  • Current Illinois nursing license and CPR card
  • Knowledge and experience with multi-ethnic, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender clients

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual
