salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.

Must-Haves

1 Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions. If you would like to submit a candidate that does have board actions, the candidate must disclose this with the Recruiter during the Recruiter phone interview.

2 Must have BSN or also will accept ADN if: *Minimum 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and *Can complete BSN within 3 years of employment

3 Must have at least 1 year recent acute care experience

4 Must have an updated resume - job history dates and units worked in must be accurate

5 Must have proven track record of consistent work history. Not job hopping. If there is job hopping, we simply an need explanation as to why they left (relocation, promotion/growth, etc).

Nice-To-Haves

1 Must be honest about unit, shift, and location they are interested in working - if someone is unhappy with nights but they take it because "it's a job" this commonly shows up in a hiring leader interview and we receive feedback to not move forward with an offer.

Sign-On Bonus

$10K - $15K $10K for RN II, III or IV: Day Shift

$15K for RN II, III or IV: Night Shift

Distributed in 2 payments:

1st payment - 50% of amount approved for specific job; 30 days

2nd payment - 50% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee’s six month anniversary in the role.

There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV. These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience. We'd be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and geographic differential.

Day & Night Shifts Available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6

Beds: 34 & 36

Unit Description The Woodlands is a Level II Trauma Center & Magnet facility with 397 open & used beds.

*BSN preferred because of Magnet status but will consider ADN enrolled in a BSN program or 1 to 2 pre-reqs away from being accepted into a BSN program

Unit: Neuro Med Surg

Night (7pm - 7am) Shifts Available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:3

Beds:

Unit Description : Full Neuroscience Serviceline – Neuro ICU, Neuro IMU and Neuro Med/Surg.

Unit: Joint Replacement

Day (7am - 7pm) Shift Available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6

Beds: 18

Unit Description Nurses will also train and float to our Surgical Ortho unit as needed.

Unit: Surgical Ortho Day (7am - 7pm) Shifts Available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6 Beds: 36 Unit Description Nurses will also train and float to our Joint Center as needed. BSN preferred because of Magnet status Acute Rehab, Med/Surg, LTAC and Rehab RN experience considered 2 days of TIRR orientation will be at TIRR in the medical center
