Fidé is currently seeking a RN with Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience for a 13 week contract in Bricktown, NJ

Minimum Requirements:
Two years of critical care and PACU exp required. 3+ years PACU preferred. Strong background in Telemetry

Job Description:

• The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments.

Initiates assessment based on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. Manages care of patients.
Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Compliance Credentials Needed:

• Current NJ RN License (compact allowed)
• COVID Vaccination plus booster,
• Current Flu shot
• Current NIHSS
• Tele certified
• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• CCRN, CPAN preferred.

Hours per week: 40.00
Shift: 10.00
4x10s - 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• No On Call
• Float to Main PACU required as needed
• Holidays Required
• Pre/Post Op - Cardiac Catherization Lab 50+ mile radius rule
• 3 Years experience required experience in a Cardic Cath Lab a plus
