You will work to ensure the care of the clinical team and residents. As a RN Supervisor, you are responsible for providing a full range of nursing care and leadership in and interdisciplinary environment including:
- Assessment

- Covid19 planning and remediation
- Leading in the absence of the DON
- Mentoring clinical staff

- Required qualifications:
- Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program. Masters MSN preferred
- Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long term care setting is strong preferred.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
