Dynasty Building Solutions is currently seeking one self motivated, enthusiastic, candidate with attention to detail who can help coordinate our current group of projects. The Project Coordinator would help communicate with our existing crews, outside vendors and provide excellent customer service. The perfect Project Coordinator would have experience working with insurance companies in the roofing industry. Minimum experience: 2+ years in general construction, project management or direct roofing experience required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Get interior measurements and be able to communicate well to the estimating department
• Outbound calls to customers and handling inbound customer concerns
• Communicate to customers, employees, and insurance companies by phone and/or email
• Collecting and managing accounts receivable on Multi-Million Dollar accounts
• Maintaining assigned customer accounts
• Climb on roofs and conduct inspections
• Draw roofs and complete on our platform for Roof Snaps
