As Esporta Fitness being a brand new High-End gym, the company's mission is to help as many people as possible achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Keeping that in mind, we look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. This is a full-time position with full medical and vision benefits. They are paid hourly, commissions + Bonus.

Summary:

• 40 Hours Per-Week (Minimum).
• $775 Commission Threshold (Per Pay-Period).

Fitness Bonuses:

22 Net-Memberships First Month = $250 (Every additional 25 memberships = $250 Extra. Bonus Caps at $1,000 for 97 memberships or more).

• 33 Net-Memberships Secine Month = $250 (Every additional 25 memberships = $250 Extra. Bonus Caps at $1,000 for 108 memberships or more).
• 44 Net-Memberships third Month & beyond = $250 (Every additional 25 memberships = $250 Extra. Bonus Caps at $1,000 for 94 memberships or more).

PT Bonuses:

If Sales Counselor hits Fitness bonus listed above, the Sales Counselor also becomes eligible to earn a bonus for personal training sales.

• To hit this bonus, the Sales Counselor must have at least 20k in Net Personal Qualified Invoice for just Personal Training Sales in that month. This bonus is $500 and can increase by $125 for every additional $2,500 in PT PQI that month.
