POSITION SUMMARY:

MUST HAVE PRIOR DEBT SETTLEMENT EXPERIENCE: DEBT SETTLEMENT/PERSONAL LENDING/DEBT CONSOLIDATION

The Lift Lending Sales Manager will lead and drive rapid growth for our Sales Team from our Irving, TX call center helping consumers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document and maintain training for sales team
  • Monitor day to day sales operations
  • Manages daily sales pipeline of 100+ direct mail leads per day
  • Hiring sales team
  • Provide support and motivation to sales team
  • Drive KPIs performance for sales team in call center
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
  • Follow-up with multiple customers and work on multiple files each day.
  • Analyze consumer specific financial situations and provide the appropriate solution by advising consumers with their best debt resolution options.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Google
  • Experience with Debt Pay Pro is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
  • Willingness and commitment to foster growth for new hires
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to ever-changing and evolving new hire environment
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to use company Phone system, CRM, Debt Pay Pro
  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, closing , communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Ability to sell and influence others
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 2 years + Sales Experience
  • Spanish Language fluency a plus
