The Mary T Family of Companies is hiring for a part-time front desk receptionist and scheduler for our new Outpatient Therapy and Wellness Clinic in Coon Rapids, MN.

The Scheduler oversees front desk operations including answering and responding to incoming calls, scheduling clients, greeting, and directing clients and visitors, and other general administrative duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC JOB DUTIES

• Maintain front desk phone systems including answering incoming calls, directing calls as
• appropriate, and taking and giving accurate messages.
• Greet and direct guests as appropriate based on the purpose of their visit.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail including sorting and ensuring delivery to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain office supplies and organization of office in general.
• Assist with various administrative duties as assigned and requested.
• Manage other duties as assigned which may include maintenance orders, upkeep of office and therapy spaces, and ordering supplies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION

EDUCATION:

High School diploma/GED

EXPERIENCE:

Previous scheduling experience in a medical environment preferred.
