The purpose of this role is:

• Codification of Portfolio growth strategy
• Define how to play, within the future back portfolio opportunity spaces
• Support key regions in the delivery of key global initiatives.
• Deliver breakthrough innovation that moves the Portfolio North

What are we looking for?

• Business degree qualified (MBA preferred), 8-10 years’ experience in strategy and/or marketing role
• Affinity / experience of leading agile cross functional teams grounded in strong business acumen.
• Preference to have worked in both entrepreneurial and scale businesses.
• Innovation experience: at originating, scaling and implementing/executing.
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Cross-market expertise or having had global roles; important to have worked in the US market.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Partner with markets to understand key barriers & growth drivers and support the delivery of growth opportunities, including:
• Codification of market learnings and deployment to other markets
• Development & deployment of key global initiatives to drive portfolio relevance
• Intervene on strategic issues to support the Portfolio House
• Consolidate global VCP for the total Portfolio of brands
• Lead cross functional agile projects that unlock innovation:
• That uncovers unmet consumer needs
• Uses new technologies, business models and/or channels
• Confirming accretive desirability, viability & feasibility of new platforms
• Ensuring smooth hand over of the new platforms into the regions/markets
