Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to

The Senior Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager. The Senior Customer Service Representative interacts with Sales, Warehouse, Production, Logistics and Customers in assisting the Customer Service team with various duties including data entry, responding to customer requests, problem-solving customer issues, communicating, and updating the internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Work alongside other departments to improve processes to better our customer experience
  • Work with one direct report to prioritize workflow and tasks
  • Input and process orders and requests in a timely manner
  • Verify product availability for orders
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries
  • Acknowledge and help resolve customer issues
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide support to our customers
  • Send updated order information to customers either via portals or email communication
  • Follow up with teams to insure goods ship without delay
  • Communicate all sales order issues to appropriate member of the sales team
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively
  • Computer proficiency to include MS office, especially Excel
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service and wholesale experience is a plus?
  • A self – starter with a positive attitude
