The Senior Director, Analytics will lead analytic initiatives from conception to completion. They will serve as the team lead and ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class modelled marketing approaches in support of client business objectives.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client marketing goals and objectives, then develop insight-driven, measurable strategies to meet/exceed them
• Present analytics proposals and results internally and externally to non-technical audiences
• Improve analytics processes by bringing best practices in algorithms, reproducible code, and collaboration using primarily open-sourced analytics software
• Work with team members to operationalize these models for use across additional clients and industry verticals
• Act as an internal thought leader and resource on predictive analytics and other statistical models

• 11+ year of digital media analytics experience
• Expert level knowledge of media analytics tools and methodologies across all online channels
• Experience managing, developing, and providing thought leadership to direct reports
• Experience leading and fostering client relationships

Compensation Range: $137,000 - $181,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
