The Job:

We are looking for … Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategy and help us expand our market share in the industry with a IVA product launch.

Success would mean having a strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Evaluate new market opportunities by considering existing research and identifying additional research needed.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors
• Develop and execute the product marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for bringing our Conversational AI solution to new market(s).
• Create and maintain product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target customers
• Collaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective product launches and campaigns
• Develop sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, case studies, and product collateral
• Analyze and report on product marketing performance metrics, such as pipeline and revenue growth
• Keep up to date with industry trends and customer needs to ensure that our product marketing strategies remain relevant and effective

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS software industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Experience launching a technology product in a completely new market
• Strong expertise developing pricing strategies
• Strong knowledge of the CAI/IVA industry and customer needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
