Duties and responsibilities

• Support strategic business initiatives within the Wandfluh Company as required, thought-directed engineering efforts
• Become WAM’s subject matter expert (SME) on all current catalog Wandfluh Hydraulic products
• Prepare and present, technical product training on company products and fluid power as needed
• Implement Engineering best practices, product applications, hydraulic techniques, circuit design, support and qualification of customer supplied information, project development & management
• Oversee and understand hydraulic test stand, fixtures, instrumentation, and know their safety, operation, and capabilities
• Organize, initiate, and ensure safe working practices for hydraulic test stands, fixtures, and associated equipment
• Supervise and analyze product performance criteria to meet customer and/or project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics; Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering is preferred or 7 – 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Process and documentation experience relevant to general fluid power, mechanical engineering, design & assembly
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery components, selection, and design
• Experience with drafting mechanical products, manufacturing, and installation drawings
• Experience with multiple component assemblies is a plus
• Must have overseen multiple Engineering disciplines i.e., ME, EE Engineers
• Formal Technical Drafting training; proficient in current GD&T; 3D SolidWorks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
