Senior Interior Designer

Bassman Blaine Home is a high-end, full-service design firm specializing in residential design, new construction, and luxury vacation homes. We are currently looking to expand our growing team with a talented senior designer who is a strong leader with a meticulous eye for execution.

This candidate should be growth and detail-oriented, a great communicator, and passionate about all aspects of the design process. You must be able to manage junior designers, be a team player, provide weekly project updates, and ensure that each project exceeds all client expectations while staying on time and on budget. Great technology skills and are a must as well as a minimum of five years’ experience and expertise leading new builds/ground-up construction projects.

EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum five years new construction interior design experience
• Experience in a managerial role
• Attention to details, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work with budgets & deadlines
• Ability to provide weekly project and budget reports
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience with SketchUp

Competitive Salary: Dependent on experience
