Louis Vuitton is searching for a Senior Manager, Client Development. Under the general supervision of the Director of Client Development, the Client Development Senior Manager will own the retail focus of client development activities across the zone in partnership with the existing CD structure. Primary roles will include development, implementation and support of all client development tools, including ICON, Wardrobing and Salesforce. In addition, a strong coaching and retail leadership background will be used to deliver clear and practical guidance on efficiency, sales, and client development results across all level of the organization. We are looking for an individual who embodies strong skills in the development, mentorship and refinement of team selling behaviors, including client recruitment, retention, and elevation will be employed to drive zone wide client development and top-line sales results. In addition, the ability to integrate new technologies, and workflows into existing business practices and translate these strategies clearly throughout the organizational hierarchy



Profile

  • Lead invention of programs and structures that ensure core CD mentality and skills in store team, influence regional and corporate partners.
  • Drive CD proficiencies across all levels of retail (mentoring, recruiting, resources (i.e. ICON), onboarding etc.) as well as upward in organization
  • Build training programs that specifically target strengths and opportunities in ensuring CD a part of daily store business culture.
  • Facilitate all “Train the Trainer” sessions for new programs with Regional Teams.
  • Ensure all CD related trainings are completed on an ongoing basis (as needed) and all appropriate populations reached.
  • Continuously update and improve training materials and methodology as needed.
  • Collaborate with Retail Learning field coaches on opportunities to re-inforce CD message to store teams.
  • Regular communication with RCD on region specific training opportunities.
  • Set expectations with team for client outreach and engagement (including appointments) and empower stores to achieve them.
  • Collect and share best practices and success stories across all programs.
  • Ensure store managers are the leaders in driving the appointment culture in the stores.
  • Leverage reporting to drive % of sales and RR to meet targets.
  • Work with Director of CD to create outreach collateral (email templates, images, videos, etc.) for stores to drive cross selling and appointments.
  • Effectively coach and support peers across zone, develop strong partnerships with senior Regional leadership including Vice President level.
  • Regular, consistent travel to regions and stores.
  • Implement region and store specific plans to level set team skill set identifying key areas of improvements.
  • Create development plans on specific CD challenges incorporating performance and follow-up benchmarks.
  • Create detailed post mortems on region/store performance allowing for customized support follow up.
  • Be voice of the stores in development of key programs and resources.
  • Collaborate with CD team on programs under development to ensure maximum potential for success.
  • Develop monthly quarterly plan on all major CD initiatives with adoption status and next steps.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $120,000 - $145,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
