Biopharma Manufacturing Associate needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Scientific’s client located in King of Prussia, PA area.
Start date: July 5, 2023

Assigned shift schedule – (Days or Nights) 6 am to 6 pm, 6 pm to 6 am
Week 1 = Sun, Mon, Thurs & Fri
Week 2 = Tue, Wed & Sat

This position is in the production lab of a major pharmaceutical company, and requires a high school diploma, background in science/technology and availability to work days or overnight shifts, scheduled shifts will be assigned after training for 3 weeks (M-F day shift).

Key Responsibilities:

• Being able to work a flexible shift schedule which includes coverage every other weekend. Includes possible placement on AM or PM shifts.
• There is a limited amount of roles M-F First/Second shifts for 8 hours. Completing daily manufacturing tasks per cGMPs, standard operating procedures, and batch document instructions
• Monitoring critical process parameters
• Documenting all manufacturing activities clearly and accurately.
• Active participation in effective troubleshooting of equipment and processing issues
• Ensuring all processing equipment and materials necessary are adequate and available to set the team up for success
• Maintaining a high level of mechanical and technical aptitude and training
• Ensuring all production activities are completed in a safe and compliant manor.
• Joining a diverse shift team that will rely on consistent contributions to be successful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or HS Diploma with sufficient professional experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or lab environment (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with leaders.
