We are actively recruiting for a Senior People Business Partner to join the People Strategy & Operations Team. The successful individual will support Aledade employees and managers in order to foster high levels of employee engagement while playing a role in growing the Aledade team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and jack of all trades within HR and who is comfortable leading processes independently including performance management, employee relations, organizational design, employee engagement, and culture. You will partner with company leaders to develop and execute strategies in areas like coaching/development, organizational design, professional development & career pathways, compensation, employee relations, and much more. This is a full-time role reporting to the Director, People Business Partners based out of our Bethesda, MD office with the option to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to people managers to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talent
    • In partnership with the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Director & Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), serves as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for building diverse and inclusive teams
    • Utilize data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and programs
    • Identify organizational gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently
    • In partnership with the broader People Team and function leads, develop career pathways and mapping for positions for teams within your partnership area; proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
    • Partner with function leads on their team structure and organizational design in an effort to scale their teams with Aledade’s growth
    • Ensure activities are aligned with Aledade's culture, values, and mission, executing on a people strategy to support the needs of the business
    • Champion the annual Performance Review Cycle and twice annual Employee Engagement Survey, collaborating with leaders to create action plans as needed
    • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
    • Collaborate with the People team to build and implement programs and initiatives across client organizations
    • Partner across the People Strategy & Operations team within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation, and DEI, to support and deploy programs throughout the organization

Ideal Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of human resources/people operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
    • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders on organizational design, compensation planning and other strategic initiatives
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to translate strategy into operational reality, break down strategic priorities or business initiatives, and align communication, culture, processes and implementation of required results
    • Project management and change management skills, with the ability to drive programs independently
    • Strong analytical skills and able to translate data into action planning
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
    • A collaborative team player with a roll-up your sleeves mentality
    • A strong writer and able to verbally communicate effectively
    • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion is critical
    • Ability to thinkbeyond immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in DEI efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
