Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional carpet cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
• Operate our state-of-the-art equipment and utilize effective cleaning techniques to remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets, leaving them fresh and revitalized.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, representing our company with integrity and a friendly demeanor..
• Safely lift and maneuver equipment and supplies, as some tasks may require lifting weights up to 60lbs. (Young and able individuals are ideal for this position.)
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including job details, equipment used, and any customer feedback or concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance service quality and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Physically capable of lifting weights up to 60lbs and performing various cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license and transportation to Dickson City to start and end your time.
• Prior experience in carpet cleaning is not required. We provide training to all our team members!
