- Close out repair orders
- Print pre-prints for the following day service appointments, attach walk-around sheets and Vehicle inquiry sheets
- Perform Active Delivery with service clients
- Schedule appointments for "We Owe" products
- Scan previous days invoices into computer
- Ensure loaner vehicles are clean and ready for use
- Complete the customer transaction
- Assist customers with the re-delivery of their vehicle
- Answer service phone calls and make appointments if necessary
- Assist advisors as needed
- Print Cashier closing report
- Count the Cashier drawer and make sure it matches the report
- Manage the drive aisle
