NOWPORTS is the first Logitech unicorn and the largest digital freight forwarder in Latin America. We design logistics solutions to move our clients cargo, through technological and financial tools. We are looking for Shipments Senior Specialist - based in Miami.
What will you do?
- Communicate with carriers, truckers, and origin/destination agents regarding shipment status, special handling and delivery processes.
- Tracking Ocean (FCL and LCL), Air & Ground import and export shipments, and provide visibility to our clients (internal and external)
- Constant communication with customers through our platform / email.
- Preparation and review of shipping documentation (Bookings, D/O, HBL, MBL, SLI, ISF, etc) according to shipment requirements.
- Build relationships with customers, offices, overseas and domestic agents and service providers
- Review, validate and update buying and selling rates.
What do you need for this role?
- 4 years of experience with similar functions in Freight Forwarder companies, and/or shipping companies.
- Strong kowledge of logistics in terms of import and export by air, sea, and land.
