Fireside Hearth & Home by North Central Insulation is currently looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our Lewis Center location. Customer service is our number one priority and we are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, prompt, and has amazing customer service!
Qualification and skills for this position are:
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with our customers
- Customer service experience
- Serve customers by answering questions and concerns
- Forward message
- Help customers troubleshoot
- Good housekeeping skills in work areas
- Effective listening and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Provide support as needed to other departments
- Microsoft, google, and computer skills as plus
- Maintain office records and files
- Greet customers into the showroom
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for and to customers
