Signal Security are seeking career minded individuals to fill overnight positions for both Patrol and Dedicated Site Security. Our Security Officers allow us to contribute to our company’s core purpose of providing unparalleled service, systems, and solutions to serve, secure and care for the people and businesses of our communities. A Signal Security Officer is a deterrent to criminal activity by remaining visible and presenting a neat and professional appearance in properly worn uniform and associated equipment.

Qualifications/Requirements: Security Officers

• Be at least 30 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven Leadership/Management experience is required
• Posses Dedication/Service to your Team and to the mission of being a Security Professional.
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Have interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Driving positions must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle is required
• Display and exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• The applicant must be available overnight, this is an OVERNIGHT position with some day time work hours as well.

Additional Skills Required:

Ability to ensure the accuracy of schedules.

Proficient in Excel and Word.

A fast learner and able to adapt to any situation.

Ability to ensure all shifts are covered.

Have excellent problem solving skills.

Ability to ensure all officers adhere to the dress code.

Ability to supervise officers with multiple routes or sites.

Ability to carry out any and all direction without accommodations.

Ability to ensure all Operation needs are met.

Ability to perform spot checks on vehicles and officers.

Ability to complete all shift work.

Ability to openly communicate with Coordinator and officers.

Has previous management experience.

Ability to delegate task.
