Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar panel installation and be passionate about renewable energy.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain solar panels, mounting hardware, and electrical systems on both residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site assessments and assist in developing solar system designs.
• Ensure that all installations are performed to meet local, state, and national electrical and building codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and contractors.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in solar panel installation and electrical work.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate angles, distances, and areas.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on rooftops or in tight spaces.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license.
