NEW FINE DINING ITALIAN RESTAURANT in DOWNTOWN SUMMERVILLE

PLEASE HAVE:
-3 years experience high end line cooking with saute
- A team centered attitude
- Be detailed oriented.
- Be ready to learn and cook our cuisine.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Studying and obtaining full knowledge of our training and procedural methods including the employee handbook.

Learn and adopt our Standards of Service

-Prepping and preparing foods for service

-Communicating with chef on ordering and prep lists

-Cooking recipes to chef's standards

-Cleaning and orderly workstations.

-Speedy delivery of tickets

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Owners

The successful candidate will show traits of a strong work ethic and have a sincere interest in the hospitality industry, and most importantly, have a desire to be in this industry to create great guest experiences in our beautiful town of Summerville.
