Position Summary

The primary role is to support the National Buying Center and Retail / Hospital National Accounts by providing Service Level and Inventory Analysis, Reporting. and Forecasting. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, interfacing w/ suppliers, customer service, RNA and MHS Account Management teams, National Account customers, field sales, and RDC/FDC operation clients. The person in this position will act as the primary Inventory point of contact for one or more high profile / high volume National Accounts and/or GPOs providing full-spectrum SLA support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advanced Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis of Issues related to Account and SL Management mediate customer omits issue and Forecasting Sales trends utilizing proprietary software (SCORE) resolving to omit issues
  • Advanced reporting and analysis, primarily SAP Business Intelligence tools, based on interpretation of contractual agreements to include complex customer formularies, item coding, and advanced variables
  • Primary Point of Contact for high volume/profile accounts with minimal Management support. Works on complex issues involving reporting, and omit resolution. and forecast trending. Responsible for management of customer, segment, and internal inventory programs, and processes. and implementations.
  • Leads / manages projects, assigning tasks, defining the scope, and taking full accountability for projects. Ensures assigned deliverables are met with minimal guidance from management.
  • Evaluates current processes for efficiencies, and as appropriate suggests, test and implement improvements to save time, money or improve customer satisfaction
  • Provides guidance and training for team members & clients to assist others with skill development
  • Advanced, Standardized, and Ad-hoc reporting and analysis accessing multiple data points. Build reports from 1-2 data sources including simple variables; run & manage output from complex reports using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Access; creation of graphs and charts; PowerPoint presentation creation and Basic Business Object query development

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education/Training – 4 years degree or equivalent experience.
  • Business Experience – 2 years related professional experience
  • Specialized Knowledge/Skills – Experience in demand management and customer communication is preferred.

Critical Skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Powe Point, and Excel) required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, and Pivots)
  • Attention to detail and demonstration of quick follow-up to study needs, commitment to quality
  • Interpersonal skills and clear oral and written communication skills. Uses correct grammar, syntax, and format
  • Demonstrated adaptability, handles day to day work challenges confidently, is willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities; shows resilience in the face of challenges, demonstrates flexibility
  • Shows work commitment sets high standards of performance; pursues aggressive goals and works efficiently to achieve them

Education

Education/Training – 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$87,900 - $146,500
