Job description

Accurately verifies, processes and pay-outs jackpots up to $100,000. Safeguards Company assets. Ensures positive guest relations. Must maintain a pleasant, congenial personality and positive attitude. Good Attendance/ Well groomed, dressed in a professional manner. Resolves customer disputes. Performs other duties as assigned.

· Supervising, directing, training and development of staff.

· Working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Providing prompt and friendly service to all guests of the establishment in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

· Maintaining sensitive information confidential.

· Assisting in the implementation of special promotions.

· Ensuring compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations.

· Must demonstrate communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to handle daily activities in Manager’s absence.

· Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.

PHYSICAL- Ability to maneuver the property the entire shift.

Ability to hear and speak clearly using a 2-way radio system.

Moderate lifting - 30 to 50 pounds.

MENTAL - Ability to remain a calm and composed when interacting/assisting customers when a disagreement occurs.

Ability to handle large sums of money and possess basic math skills.

Ability to communicate and delegate.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3 to 5 years appropriate experience.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Working knowledge of word processors and spread sheets.
• Must be able to work with others as a team player.
• Minimum 21 years old. No felony convictions.
• Requires nights, weekends, and holidays.
